अर्ज करण्याची पद्धत : या भरतीसाठी ( offline ) अर्ज मागविण्यात आले आहेत.
वयोमर्यादा : 22 ते 40 वर्षापर्यंत चे उमेदवार अर्ज करू शकतात.
भरती कालावधी : 11 महिन्याच्या करारावर हे पदे भरण्यात येत आहेत.

1) अर्जदार महिला ‘उमेद’ स्वयंसहाय्यता गटाची सदस्य असावी.
2) कोणत्याही शाखेची पदवी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण असणे आवश्यक आहे.
3) ‘उमेद’ मोहिमेअंतर्गत, गट लेखापाल किंवा ग्राम संघ/वॉर्ड युनियन लेखापाल किंवा समुदाय स्तरावरील लेखा परीक्षक किंवा प्रेरक किंवा वर्धिनी किंवा वरिष्ठ वर्धिनी किंवा बँक सखी किंवा वित्तीय साक्षरता सखी किंवा पशु सखी किंवा कृषी सखी किंवा मत्स्य सखी किंवा मासेमार सखी किंवा महासाक्षर म्हणून काम करण्याचा किमान 3 वर्षांचा अनुभव असणे अनिवार्य आहे. कृषी उद्योग सखी किंवा कृती संगम सखी/CTC किंवा कृषी व्यवस्थापक किंवा पशु व्यवस्थापक किंवा मत्स्यव्यवसाय व्यवस्थापन किंवा BDSP’ किंवा FL-CRP (‘UMED’ अंतर्गत सर्व प्रकारच्या समुदाय संसाधन व्यक्ती).
४) उमेदवार ज्या प्रभागासाठी अर्ज करत आहे तेथील मूळ रहिवासी असणे आवश्यक आहे.
५) स्थानिक भाषेत अस्खलित आणि इंग्रजी, हिंदीमध्ये लिहिता-वाचता येत असावे.

उमेदवाराकडे उत्तम संवादकौशल्य, नेतृत्वगुण असावेत आणि गरीब कुटुंबांच्या प्रश्नांवर संवेदनशीलतेने काम करावे.
संगणक ज्ञानाला प्राधान्य दिले जाईल. त्यासाठी संगणक प्रशिक्षण प्रमाणपत्र जोडावे.
उमेदवार हा प्रभागातील कार्यकारी समिती सदस्य (EC), पदाधिकारी (OB) यांच्या कुटुंबातील नसावा.
उमेदवारांनी नियुक्त केलेल्या प्रभागातील गावांमध्ये प्रवास करण्यासाठी आणि गावाबाहेरील प्रशिक्षण/कार्यशाळा इत्यादींना उपस्थित राहण्यासाठी तयार असणे आवश्यक आहे.
ज्या गटाचा आणि गाव संघाचा सदस्य सदस्य आहे तो गट A किंवा B मध्ये असणे आवश्यक आहे.
विधवा, विधुर, SC, ST, दिव्यांग, आदिवासी/जमाती, SEBC इत्यादी वंचित कुटुंबातील सदस्यांना प्राधान्य दिले जाईल.
हे पद वॉर्ड स्तरावर (समुदाय स्तरावरील संस्था) आहे आणि 11 महिन्यांसाठी कराराच्या आधारावर भरले जाईल.

Agricultural Udyog Sakhi or Kriti Sangam Sakhi/CTC or Agricultural Manager or Animal Manager or Fisheries Management or BDSP’ or FL-CRP (all types of Community Resource Persons under ‘UMED’).
4) The candidate must be a native of the ward for which he is applying.
5) Should be fluent in the local language and should be able to read and write in English, Hindi.

Computer knowledge will be given priority. For this, computer training certificate should be attached.
